Dear Client,
It is with a heavy heart that I write to you today on behalf of myself and the entire PC House Calls/Peterson family. I am deeply saddened to inform you of the passing of my beloved husband and your trusted point of contact, Daniel Peterson. His sudden departure has left a void in our lives that cannot be filled, and we are still coming to terms with the enormity of our loss.
Daniel poured his heart and soul into PC House Calls and his dedication to his clients was unwavering. Your trust in him meant the world to him, and he considered each and every one of you not just clients, but valued partners and friends.
In the wake of his passing, it has become clear to me that continuing PC House Calls without him would be an insurmountable challenge. As such, I regret to inform you that we have made the difficult decision to close the doors of PC House Calls.
Please know that this decision was not made lightly. We have explored every possible avenue to keep the business running, but ultimately, we must prioritize the well-being of our family and honor Daniel’s legacy by making the best choice for all involved.
I want to express my deepest gratitude to you for your unwavering support and loyalty over the years. Your trust in Daniel and PC House Calls meant everything to him, and I am forever grateful for the relationships he cultivated with each of you.
Please don’t hesitate to reach out to me directly at [email protected] if you have any questions.
Once again, thank you for your understanding, your support, and your friendship. Daniel cherished his relationships with each of you, and his legacy will live on in the memories you shared and the work you accomplished together.
With deepest gratitude and warmest regards,
Carrol Peterson
P.S.
In his final wishes document, Daniel wrote ” In lieu of flowers or cards, please donate to a fund in the name of my daughter, Alexia Peterson, should you wish.”
